How do I get started remodeling my new bathroom?
1. Call the Metropolitan Bath and Tile showroom nearest you or use our email contact form to schedule your free estimate
2. To prepare for your Estimate: watch our bathroom showrooms & testimonials video or read our brochure; list some of the ideas to incorporate into your new bathroom on a sheet of paper; and list any questions you will want to ask your estimator.

When I call references, what questions should I ask?
1. Are you happy with the job Metropolitan did for you?
2. How did Metropolitan's prices compare with other estimates you received?
3. Did Metropolitan start and complete your job on time?
4. Did Metropolitan promptly return to your home and take care of any problems or concerns you may have had after the job was complete?
5. Did they care for the cleanliness of your home?
6. Would you use their services again?

What should I expect when the Estimator arrives?
Your appointment with the Metropolitan Estimator will take approximately one hour per bathroom. The Estimator will discuss what you would like done and take pictures and measurements of your bathroom. You will receive a Written Estimate at the time of your appointment at which time you may choose to schedule an appointment with a Senior Designer.

Will someone help me with the design and product selections?
Yes. Once your estimate is complete, you will make an appointment with an experienced, qualified designer who will help you with the design and product selection for your new bathroom using pictures and actual samples.

Do you use subcontractors?
No. Metropolitan Bath and Tile only uses staff employees. Our staff consists of reliable professionals who are highly experienced in plumbing, electric, carpentry, tiling, painting, and more.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Metropolitan Bath and Tile is fully licensed and insured for your protection.

How long have you been remodeling bathrooms?
We have been remodeling bathrooms for over 3 decades!

How long does it take to remodel a bathroom?
While it varies depending on the age of the home and your specific product selection, the average bathroom remodeling project takes 5 to 11 working days.

Does Metropolitan provide warranties?
Yes. We provide a one year warranty for labor and warranty materials for up to 10 years.

Do you accept insurance work?
No. We don't do insurance work of any kind.

Do you accept credits cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
